I love so to gather leaves to use as patterns as well as look to nature and all of God’s creatures. I now am more aware than ever of what is important to me each day of my life. I look at the world and see the beautiful colors and symmetry of nature. I am ever aware as I walk through the woods and even the crowded streets of what is out there that I can bring back. Be it a leaf, a feather or a thought, clay connects me to the past, the present and the future. Clay comforts me and awakens my inner spirit. Yes, clay is a part of me that I will be forever grateful that I discovered.
Each piece of my work is made with love, and I sincerely hope that love will journey with you.
